How much do you charge for Shipping? TOP
When only purchasing one item shipping charges on Most items is 2.99 for U.S. and 3.99 for International. Shipping will cap at the flat rate envelope prices.
ON U.S. orders everything that will fit in a flat rate envelope ships for 4.99.
International flat rate envelope 13.99
Canada flat rate envelope 11.99
Prices are subject to change in cases where orders can not fit in a flat rate envelope. We will then invoice you for additional shipping charges.
The shopping cart is set to cap at flat rate BOX prices on large quantity orders. When ordering large quantities of small items please keep this in mind. Before placing your order you can email us for a special code that will give you the flat rate envelope price instead of the flat rate box price.
International orders are hard to estimate on shipping charges. Prices are subject to change in cases where orders can not fit in a flat rate envelope. We will then invoice you for additional shipping charges.
For Express shipping you will need to email us and we will send you an invoice for extra shipping charges.
Will you ship international? TOP
Yes we will ship international but we do not Mark Packages as Gifts and we can not be responsible for any customs fees due. Any orders returned to us because customer did not want to pay custom fees will not be refunded.
At this time we are shipping international. However we can not insure international packages and offer the low shipping prices that we do.
If you would like to insure international packages the shipping price will start at 29.99 for express mail flat rate envelope and this will include 100 dollars insurance. You can add additional insurance for an extra fee.
Please note that international packages do take longer to arrive and can be held in customs.
We can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship first class international for smaller orders and priority flat rate for larger orders. This is what checkout is set to charge for shipping so if you would like to insure your package please email us because there will be an extra charge for insurance. Flat Rate Box prices start at 39.99. This would only be for extremely large orders. We do hope to continue to ship international but please be patient and understand that sometimes packages do get held in customs and this can delay delivery times. Most appliques yes we have more quantity available please email for total quantities needed. We can also order most appliques for you. Can I have an applique special made? TOP
Yes we can have appliques made for you. This takes a few weeks and does require a min. of 50 pcs.
How soon do you ship? TOP
Under normal conditions all orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Most orders paid before 11:00 pm EST will ship the same day. How do I apply the appliques? TOP
Appliques can be applied with permanent fabric glue or you can sew them on. In our store we have a pressure sensitive glue available that allows you to remove the applique from the garment for easy washing. This glue will allow you to get more use of your appliques and everyone seems to love it!
Why should I sign up for your Newsletter? TOP
We ask that each of our customers sign up for our Newsletter because we do send out customer appreciation coupons. This month April we sent out a 25% off coupon to all who have signed up. We do not send out a lot of emails so you will not receive a lot of junk mail from Glory's House.
What Can I do with an Applique? TOP
Embellish anything with an applique. Some examples: Clothing, crafts, flip flops, hats, purses, pillows, picture frames, beach bags, towels, lampshades, costumes, evening pageant gowns, and wedding dresses. Turn Appliques into ornaments, magnets, brooches, pins, or hair bows. To apply an applique Simply Sew or glue on.
What is your return policy? TOP
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with our appliques and trims. We do offer money back for your appliques within 7 days no questions asked. We ask that the buyer pay the return shipping. You will need to email us for an RA number before we can issue a credit. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Cut trims can not be returned. Special orders or custom made items can not be returned.
