Why Should I Shop at Glory's House? top
Quick shipping: We ship our orders within 24 hours under normal circumstances. Orders that come in before we ship will go out the same day. We really strive to give you the fastest shipping possible.
Customer Service: We answer emails quickly. You can contact us by phone. You can leave messages if you call after hours. We can be contacted through our Facebook Page also. Emails may be answered before a phone message so be sure to email us also. We strive to give the best customer service we can. We do give personal help with orders on matching colors. If you have any concerns you can also leave messages on your order. We do go out of our way to help our customers any way we can. We are happy to answer any questions. Our Promise to you.
Quality Control: We do inspect all of our items before they are shipped. The items are inspected upon arrival, when they are pulled and one more detailed inspection before they are shipped. We also do a check off on quantities and colors to insure orders are shipped correctly. Whoever packs your order signs off on it. We are taking every precaution we can to make sure you receive your order with no mistakes. We always take responsibility for our mistakes.
We do send a few extra rhinestones with rhinestone orders for spares.
Our Trims: My employees are told to cut trim a little longer than a yard. I never want a customer to get less than a yard. You can be sure you will get a full Yard of trim at Glory's House.
How much do you charge for Shipping? top
When only purchasing one item the shipping charge on most items is 2.99-3.99 for U.S., 12.99 for Canada and International. Shipping will possibly cap at the flat rate envelope price when buying several items. However, when ordering many small items it is possible that your shipping charge will cap at the box price because our shopping cart is set up by the number of items/units you purchase.
U.S. First Class flate rate envelope cost 5.99. Our U.S. First class cost will range from 2.99-5.99 depending on how many items are purchased.
International or Canada First Class flat rate envelope cost 24.99. International First Class cost 12.99-24.99 depending on how many items are purchased.
International orders are hard to estimate on shipping charges. Prices are subject to change in cases where orders can not fit in a flat rate envelope. We will then invoice you for additional shipping charges. (Envelopes hold many appliques, to need a box it would be a rather large or bulky order and a box is very rarely needed.) Box price 69.95-89.95.
Our shopping cart only offers first class or express mail to international customers. If you prefer priority you can leave a message on your order. If you have paid enough shipping we will send it priority. If not we would have to send you a paypal money request for the additional charge. Our priority envelopes hold many items and the flat rate price for a priority envelope is 34.95. It would be a lot of items before you would reach a box price.
If your shipping charge seems too high it is possible you hit the box price in quantity or units. In this case we would refund the overage back to you. Leave us a message on your order.
Please know that it is not our desire to overcharge you on shipping. It is very difficult to estimate the cost of your shipping unless we know the weight of your order.

We can not guarantee international packages because they can be held in customs. This depends on your country.
Custom fees may be charged if your order is held. This also depends on your country and we can not be responsible for what your countries charges.
When your international order ships we will send you a tracking number. We can only track this package as long as it is in the United States. After it leaves the United States Please make note that we have no tracking with USPS at that time.
Will you ship international? top
Yes we will ship international but we can not be responsible for any customs fees due. Any orders returned to us because customer did not want to pay custom fees will not be refunded.
Please note that international packages do take longer to arrive and can be held in customs.
We can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this is a concern we can insure your package at your request.
We do hope to continue to ship internationally but please be patient and understand that sometimes packages do get held in customs and this can delay delivery times. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery though most orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks. We ship USPS only. Please allow time for your package to arrive before contacting us about your order.
We appreciate our international customers and will continue to serve you the best we can. All of our orders are shipped very quickly normally within 24 hours.
Can I get more quantity of an item? top
Most appliques yes we have more quantity available please email for total quantities needed. We can also order most appliques for you.
Can I have an applique special made? top
Yes we can have sequin and rhinestone appliques or trims made for you but only if you are interested in purchasing in bulk. This takes a few weeks and does require a min. of 30-50 pcs. depending on the item.
We do not customize appliques. We purchase in bulk so changing the size is not possible without a bulk order.
How soon do you ship? top
Under normal conditions all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Most orders paid before 3:00 pm EST will ship the same day.
We only ship with United States Postal Service.
How do I apply the appliques? top
All of our appliques are sew on. Some of our appliques are also iron on Appliques.
Most appliques you can glue on.
If the back of the applique has a plastic like feel that is a little shiny then it is iron on also.
This backing is not to be taken off if you are sewing the applique on.
When Ironing an applique on your fabric, turn the applique face down with the back facing up. Carefully lay your fabric on the applique where you want to place it. The setting on your iron should not exceed the setting for your material. Bring the iron straight down and hold for a few seconds. Do not move the iron around until the applique is securely in place. You can try doing a corner of the applique to get an idea on how long it will take to set the applique. You can also use a very thin towel between the iron and your fabric to protect your fabric from any stains that would come from the iron.
In our store, we also have a pressure sensitive glue available that allows you to remove the applique from the garment for easy washing. This glue will allow you to get more use of your appliques and everyone seems to love it!
Most appliques with item number beginning with XR, JB, HC, or TS are Hot Fix Iron on Appliques unless they are metal back embellishments.
Items beginning with a Zero or FS are not Iron on Appliques.
We have so many appliques in stock and we welcome you to email us if you need more information about how a certain applique needs to be applied.

How can I receive coupons and sale information? top
We ask that each of our customers sign up for our Newsletter because we do send out customer appreciation coupons. We do not send out a lot of emails so you will not receive a lot of junk mail from Glory's House.
You can also like our Facebook Page. We do post information about sales on Facebook.
What Can I do with an Applique? top
Embellish anything with an applique. Some examples: Clothing, crafts, flip-flops, hats, purses, pillows, picture frames, beach bags, towels, lampshades, costumes, evening pageant gowns, and wedding dresses. Turn Appliques into ornaments, magnets, brooches, pins, or hair bows. To apply an applique Simply Sew or glue on.
Rhinestone embellishments are a great way to decorate wedding cakes.
Our rhinestone appliques make beautiful bridal sashes, headbands and hair bows.
Belly Dancers and ice skaters love our appliques to bling up their costumes.
Appliques can be used in all your craft and sewing projects and make the job a lot easier.
What is your return policy? top
Return Policy For Merchandise Credits Only. We no longer issue Refunds on returns.
At Glory’s House, we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of the items that you purchase. We do our best to describe every item as carefully as we can.
However if for Any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return your order within 28 days of purchase for a Merchandise Credit Only. We do not issue refunds on returned merchandise. We do not accept exchanges however you can use your merchandise credit to purchase any other items for which you would like to exchange. A 5% restocking fee will apply.
I removed items from my shopping cart and can not add them back again what can I do? top
Our shopping cart is set up to hold any items you add to your cart for 45 minutes. This gives you time to shop and purchase the items you have added to your cart not allowing someone else to purchase them also. The shopping cart is saving them for you. If you remove the items from your cart you will need to wait about 45 minutes before they will be available to purchase again. We are very sorry for this inconvenience but it is necessary to set up our shopping cart this way to help keep our inventory as correct as possible.
Do I need an RA # to return an item? top
We no longer request an RA number with returns. We are accepting returns for merchandise credit only.
All Returns must have an order number, or the name on the order included so we can find your order for processing.
Please include a copy of your invoice with the return if possible.
If you do not have a copy of your invoice please include the exact name on the order and let us know which store you purchased from to help us locate your order.
Please put your order number on the outside of your package.
Our Restocking Fees are as follows:
Store credits ~ 5 percent restocking fee will apply, minus shipping.
Items that do not qualify for returns are as follows:
Special orders, remnants, cut trims, reduced or clearance items.

How to lower out of stocks on your order? top
Inventory Control Update: Because we do carry low inventory on many of our items, to see our correct inventory for each item, it may be necessary to refresh your page before adding an item to your cart. Doing so just before you hit the add to cart button will update our inventory for the item on that page.
Please note: If you add an item to your cart do not remove that item unless you are sure you do not wish to purchase it because our shopping cart is holding that item for you for 45 minutes and you will not be able to add the item back to your cart for this period of time if there is not enough inventory available. Please do not try to order more than what is available or you will have the same issue.
Wholesale ordering? top
This site is not a wholesale website. We try to keep our retail prices as low as we possibly can. It is our desire to help you establish your smaller business by offering low quantities at a reasonable price.
It is, however, possible for us to order wholesale for you.
if you are interested in ordering in bulk of approx 50 pieces per style and color we may be able to give a discount depending on the item.
